How many lots are there at Lomandra?

Lomandra comprises 217 lots over 6 stages with an average lot size of 1,030sqm.

What are the design guidelines / building restrictions going to be?

There are some modest guidelines which will control such things are dwelling setbacks, minimum dwelling size and dwelling facades. None of these will be overly onerous with most volume builder designs readily approved. Click here for a copy of the Lomandra Design Guidelines.

Where is the Lomandra Development up to?

All lots at Lomandra are now sold. Stages 1-5 have been fully constructed with civil works well underway with the last stage (stage 6). Works are expected to be complete in the last stage in December 2017.
